2. Description of Services
PSPH provides:
- Educational guidance about public school pension systems

Important: PSPH is a coordinating service that connects educators with independent service professionals. We provide educational information, not financial advice. We do not sell financial products, receive commissions, or act as fiduciaries.
3. Independent Service Providers
PSPH connects you with independent, qualified advisors who provide pension guidance. These advisors are independent contractors, not employees of PSPH. While we vet our advisors for qualifications and experience, we do not control their specific advice or recommendations. Each advisor is responsible for their own professional conduct and adherence to applicable regulations.

PSPH and its advisors do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Our services include:
- General education about pension systems and retirement options
- Information to help you understand your pension benefits
- Guidance on where to find additional resources and information
Our services do not create a fiduciary, financial advisory, legal, or tax advisory relationship. You should consult with licensed financial advisors, attorneys, or tax professionals for personalized advice regarding your specific circumstances.
